I went to a urban warehouse club called Luzine yesterday with a bunch of university students (one of which was my dorm mate). It was awesome. We were out until 3 am (when the last bus leaves).

Yesterday i finally kicked my roommate out the the room, and am happily hanging out with other people. Everyone is minimum 3 years older than me and already go to university but its great. The club was amazing, the music was something even a talentless dancer like me could dance under. It was like one of those basement clubs you see in movies.
Im still slightly depressed and cant stand to be alone so i try to always be around the people, even though i might be a bit annoying.

I also went to the UN museum today and sat in a coference room. Shame you cant upload photos in internet cafes. can you upload photos from your ipod touch?

It's actually scary that I'm considering to buy a plane ticket myself back to Cyprus any day now. Becuase it's unbearable and my parents don't seem to care.

Well, my exams are officially over. And on the same day as my last exam, i had my art gallery and the birthday of one of my best friends (to whom as a present i gave a rocky horror picture show 3D poster). Although all of my friends forgot that my art gallery was on that day, and even my parents not only forgot to pick me up from school but forgot i told them to pick me up from school. : (
I also managed to step on a very sharp rock while prancing on the beach during the birthday, as well as made todays trip to the beach very painful, ended up with me watching battlestar galactica season 3 instead of moving much.
I totally love it, its like very season gets more and more intense. i can't wait to finish it but i kinda don't want too... I don't know what to watch after i'm done with it. My boyfriend says i should watch stargate, cos its his favorite and he finds it better than battlestar galactica but i doubt thats true.

i have 2 weeks till me next exam, so i'm taking the weekend off...
I got addicted to Boondock saints and went on an icon hunt, i can't wait for Boondocks 2: All saints day!
I also started bones season 4 and got so addicted to firefly that i watched 11 episodes in a day...

I have a physics exam tomorrow, and i'm on the last stage of fear of exams, i'm so scared, that i'm beyond scared which makes me not caring/bothered anymore..... which makes me even more scared.

This weeked i watched all the new movies i could (so that my movie meter is full before facing exams), 'angels and demons' and 'star trek' and loved both (and am probably going to rewatch both next weekend XD).

And i tryed my best not to get addicted to anything even though I have a stack of tv series and 8 unread Terry Pratchett books in my closet (ooooo, tempting...). However that failed when i thought 'i have nothing to do in my free i'mnotrevising time, so how about i read a book that won't get me addicted, and just stops me from getting bored?' And then i started reading 'The Thorn Birds', and unexpectedly got majorly addicted.... right before my physics and maths exams.
If i (miraculously) get A's for my exams, i'll become a nun....

lol, i'm posting from the buisness lounge in the prague aeroport XD i have a flight from moscow to prague to limassol so i have 2 hours to kill. I've never been to a buisness lounge before. Its like a little rich world.

I'm currently in Russia for 2 weeks. I got internet for 30 min at an internet cafe because my appertment doesn't have wi-fi. I'm rarely in Russia anyway. So I'm missing 2 weeks of school and doing absolutely NOTHING to make up for it. Even though my AS levels are in like a month...

I read 4 Terry Pratchet books during my stay, and intend to read more if i uncover more in bookshops in English language. He is seriously addicting.
If Ankh-Morpork was an actual city in our times, it'd probably be Moscow.

I watched the watchmen. OMG, i loved it. yes, the graphic novel is better, i hate it when i say 'the film was awesome' and someone says 'the graphic novel is better', I KNOW, i'm not comparing them! I know its better! But it was still awesome.
And weirdly enough, i loved Veight, I really HATED him in the comic, i thought he was a b****** who killed lots of people for the lolz (well, i know it wasn't for the lolz, but still), but now fo some reason i see him in a diffrent light. So him and the Comedian ae my favorite characters.
Also, i miss the giant squid. : (

I'm slightly addicted to 'Supernatural', it takes the edge away from my busy life. I love Dean, but i've also started liking Sam. What i like about it is that every episode is a diffrent 'case' so i don't have to be wondering if i missed something major. Also, its scarier than any horror movie, because in horror movies after half an hour things start to get 'old', whereas every ep in supernatural is only 40min.

I also watched 'Repo! Genetic opera' when one of my friends downloaded it. Now I'm addicted, listening to the soundtrack and ordered the DVD. I love musicals, i'm thinking of collecting them. I love all the actors too, they're all actors i've seen before but never payed much attention too, and now i see them in a new light.
I know Nathan as 'Proffessor Giles' from 'Buffy the vampire slayer', as a sweet and caring mentor, i totally did not see him be a legal assassin/single father character who sings whilst cutting kidneys out of his victims.
Paris Hilton plays a rich mans daughter addicted to surgery, Sarah Brightman plays a used-to-be-blind opera singer. And whats-her-name (the girl who played in 'spy kids') plays Nathans daughter, with a blood disease.

i haven't posted in a while but for respectable reasons, first of all, my laptop died after a power cut, its battery was too low, and now it won't switch on.
Also, i had my interview for 'director illustrator' for the school magazine last sunday (i'll try anything to get to write lots of goodies on my university statement) and i got the job, and this sunday i interviewed my assistants after giving them interesting tasks (such as 'draw either Heath Ledger, Christian Bale or Al Pacino in ink during one of their recent roles in a interesting and illustartive style' XD)
My interview task was set by my art teacher, it was to 'draw a staff member in an interesting but respectful style', i took that as a great chance to stalk Mr.Morgan with Olivias huge wildlife camera, i did warn him i would stalk him, earlier, but i don't think he took me seriously because the moment he saw the camera he gave me a serious look, freaked, and ran off into the hall.
Mrs.Patsalidies (my ever-so-serious-and-no-nonsense-maths-teacher-with-sarcastic-humour) happened to come into one of my multiple photos, she was rather shocked (or so the photo showed), and i liked the picture so much i ended up drawing her instead of Mr.Morgan, in a Elizabethian style. Mrs.Henderdon (my roxxor art teacher) loved it.
It took my some time to show Mrs.Patsalidies the picture i drew, but i wanted to see her reaction, this is what basicly happened:

Me: Mrs, remember that time i stalked Mr.Morgan with that huge wildlife camera?

Mrs.Patsalidies: ... (everbody in class starts listening in)

Me: you know, when you walked right into my photo..?

Mrs.Patsalidies: I didn't walk in, YOU pointed that thing right in my face!

Me: anyway, it was my art interview task, but.... i ended up not drawing Mr.Morgan...

Mrs.Patsalidies: ...?

Me: I drew you...

Mrs.Patsalidies: WHAT?! Aren't you supposed to ask my permission first?!

Me: Nope, thats why its called 'stalking'.


I showed her the picture and she liked it, i think she felt rather pleased.

i was absent from school for the last 2 days due to a horrible cough/infection, its like i have night allergie, in the morning i don't cough, but the darker it gets, the worse it becomes. I went icon hunting today, not on purpous, it just happened... So now i have around 4 new icons.

Also the 'r' button on my laptop is lagging, i hope it doesn't break, because the 'six' button doesn't work, neither does 'delete' or the 'under score'.

Also, i want a new layout, but i have no idea what it should be or where to get one : (

BTW. spent christmas holidays watching battlestar galactica like crazy. Managed to watch 2 seasons, its really heartwrenching. I hate how things keep on happening to Sharon, how can people be so narrow minded? (i almost cried when she nearly got raped, i was yelling 'noooooooooooooooooooooo' at the screen...)
Plus, Gaius is so... weird, i love 'im. Hes the character i worry for most, im always scared he'll get into trouble one way or another.
My friends stepfather lend me the film, razor, but i'm too scared to watch it... I've had it for more than a week and gotta give it back..
Also managed to watch mad men season one, and started season 5 of house MD.

My order of the book 'do androids dream of electric sheep' also arrived and i read it, i ordered it because i heard it was by Phillip K.Dick, the same guy who wrote 'scanner darkly'. Amazing but depressing, I'm scared to watch the film, blade runner, although i think captain adama from BSG is in it.

And i'll probably never touch the book 'american psycho' ever again. And try my best (even though i know i'll fail) to avoid the books my art teacher recomends .

A very productive christmas. I ist proud.

School started today.
I applied for the position of illustrator director for the school magazine today.

Bought and finished the watchmen comic in one day, now i feel bad cos its over, although can't wait for the movie. (I'm also kinda pissed at the ending, i mean, why does ******** (not to spoiler anything for anyone who hadn't read it) have to EXPLODE (thats the only appropriate word besides MURDERED)?! I want to stab Dr. Manhattan with something very pointy)

(Now i gotta find a new epic comic to read, since i've read watchmen, a bit of witchblade and all of my friends batman comics (to be more precise, joker comics)).

My parents are totally against my plans for the future, and my friends trying to dissuade me. People wonder why i suddenly changed my plans and became so centered on a future career that no one saw coming. Everyone expected me to become an artist or an architect, i felt bad telling them that even though i'm good at it, i find it boring.
Its not like i'm smart enough to become what i want anyway. It sucks wanting to become something but subconsiously knowing that a) everyone disapproves and that makes you feel alone and starting to think the idea sucks too, b) it takes a heck lot of studing to become something that everyone knows brings the minimun amount of money, and c) i have less than 30% chance of becoming it because my moral is so down and i'm not that smart, and also, d) its a horrible career for a woman, people keep telling me i'll get bribed and/or assassinated, and e) i don't even know why i have such a strong urge for such a career, because i have absolutely no reason. and gah, i also ihave to study in russia, and live in russia.

that was just a big chuck of randomness.
did anyone guess yet what kind of job i want to do in the future?

I know i haven't posted in a while, but life has been insane, exams, paintball competitions, payment for exams, stock market problems, dumped boyfriend, my crazy crow nearly killed me, had to finish watching madmen, true blood and deer hunter, we released our crazy crow today (:( ), brother flew to england and missed his plane back, had to read 4 terry pratchett novels (LOL), had to finish Ace attorney, loads of artwork, preparation for a job interview for the school magazine, need to earn money to buy christmas gifts, need to earn money to pay for paintball contest, need to earn money to go to the cinema to watch 'the day the earth stood still', gotta sharpen my poker skills to play strip poker once again this new years (cos last year i got stripped first), gotta bribe bartoz to give me the 2nd ace attorney game, etc

my laptop died, grr. I gave it to the repairman, cant wait to get it back.

Why is this song so addicting? Its like my theme. Ever since watching the devils advocate, this song and Al Pacino have been my main obbsessions (its the hottest film ever).

I did come back from Germany, and no i didn't die on the plane, my absence right after leaving Germany is explained by preparation for school and this week full of exams, so i had no time upload photos, let alone post them here.

Not a lot happened since i came back, my art exam turned out very good, maths, french and physics were a pain, and i still have french oral to do.

Me and Alina were walking down a street from the supermarket (she had to get sponges for her art stuff) and we had to cross a round, which was full of cars passing, so we just stood there, waiting for them to disappear, Alina was plying with her hair, totally in her own world.
Then a car suddenly stopped to let us pass, but Alina didn't notice it, so after a moment i nudged her and the car started beeping its horn. Like an awoken beast, she spun around to face the car and and yelled,
"FINE! I'LL CROSS THE FUCKING ROAD!!!"
Stomping across it she also managed to yell out things such as 'asshole!' and 'fucking old man!', i was like 'um... he did let us cross the road...' to which was a shocked but indiffrent reply 'oh, did he?'
